Publishing Services Agreement

Version 2026.1 · Estate Vision Mgmt LLC ("Publisher"). By submitting this questionnaire and selecting the acceptance box, you (the "Author") enter a binding agreement with Publisher.

Services

Publisher delivers full-service author publishing: developmental review, line editing, copyediting, proofreading, interior layout, cover design (three concepts, three refinement rounds), ISBN assignment, U.S. Copyright Office filing, Library of Congress request where eligible, bibliographic metadata, print-on-demand setup, retail distribution metadata, two printed proof copies, and ten finished printed copies at launch shipped to one U.S. address.

Fee

The Service Fee is US$5,300.00 (flat). Out-of-scope work (ghostwriting, transcription, paid photo licensing above $200 in aggregate, marketing campaigns, audiobook, translation) is quoted separately.

Refunds

90% refund if cancelled before manuscript review begins. 75% if before editing begins. 40% if before design begins. No refund once design or Approved Proof has begun.

Intellectual Property

Author retains all copyright. Author grants Publisher a limited, worldwide, non-exclusive license to produce, register, and distribute the Work during the engagement and for 90 days after. Author keeps 100% of net royalties.

Revisions

Included: 2 developmental rounds, 2 copyedit rounds, 3 cover concept refinement rounds, 2 layout rounds, 1 final pre-press review. Additional rounds billed at $125/hr with estimate in advance.

Timeline

Standard: 90 to 150 calendar days from receipt of complete materials and cleared payment.

Author Responsibilities

Deliver original material the Author owns or has rights to. Respond to revision requests and proofs within 7 days. Author warrants content does not infringe third-party rights, defame any person, or violate law.

Liability

Publisher's total liability is capped at the Service Fee paid. Neither Party is liable for indirect or consequential damages.

Governing Law & Disputes

Governed by New Mexico law. Disputes resolved by binding arbitration in Albuquerque, NM under AAA Commercial Arbitration Rules. Jury and class action waiver apply.

Electronic Signature

Your electronic acceptance below, with timestamp, IP address, and browser identification, constitutes a binding signature under the E-SIGN Act and the Uniform Electronic Transactions Act.
