What authors usually ask first.

Do I have to format my manuscript before sending it?
No. We accept Word documents, Google Docs, plain text, or even scanned handwritten pages. Our team handles every formatting decision on your behalf, including chapter structure, headings, page breaks, and typography.
What kinds of books do you publish?
Memoirs, autobiographies, biographies, fiction, non-fiction, poetry collections, family histories, photo books, and faith-based titles. We do not publish content that is unlawful, defamatory, or that infringes a third party's rights.
Who owns the rights to my book?
You do. Always. The copyright is registered in your name and we provide you a limited license only for the duration of the production and distribution work. You retain one hundred percent of net royalties.
How long does it take?
Most projects ship to print in 90 to 150 days from the date we receive your complete materials and cleared payment. Photo-heavy or illustrated projects may run longer; we will tell you up front in your Production Calendar.
What happens if I cancel?
We offer milestone-based refunds. Cancel before manuscript review begins and you receive ninety percent back. Once design begins, the work cannot be refunded. Full refund terms are in the Publishing Services Agreement.
Can I upload videos and personal photos?
Yes. The intake questionnaire accepts multiple file uploads including cover concepts, personal images, "in memory of" content, family photos, and short reference videos. Everything you upload is stored in your private author portal.
Do I get to pick the trim size, paper, and binding?
Yes. Your author portal includes a print-specification editor where you choose your trim size, binding style, paper stock, ink option, and cover finish. We will recommend the combinations that look best for your content and budget.
Will my book appear on major retailers?
We register your book with the global supply chain and set up listings on the major online retail and library distribution channels. Acceptance is subject to each channel's own content policies.
